Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How you are enrolled. Consent to receive SMS/MMS messages from Ata&Ana is obtained during onboarding, as part of the paperwork you complete when you join the agency. Because text messaging is how we coordinate care schedules, shifts, and visits, enrollment is part of your engagement with Ata&Ana. You may opt out at any time using the instructions below, and opting out will not affect your employment.
You may opt out of receiving SMS/MMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message we send you.
You may reply HELP to any message for additional assistance or instructions.
Both STOP and HELP keywords will be acknowledged in every applicable message we send, and are also stated in this policy.

We maintain strict administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. Access to your phone number and any related data is limited to authorized personnel who require it to fulfill their job duties.
